A 12-week accountability cohort for people who are done setting goals in January and dropping them by February. You get group sessions, a small pod that checks in on you, and a celebration when you cross the finish line.

This cohort is a good fit if:

You have a goal you want to reach in the first 12 weeks of 2027, at work or in your life.
You follow through better when someone is counting on you.
You want a simple structure: a group session every other week and a pod check-in in between.
You can join the in-person celebration in [area] on Mon, Apr 5. Everything else is virtual.

Running a business? You can sponsor employees' spots, and we'll invoice your business directly.

A group session every other Monday at 8:30 AM ET, plus one pod check-in in the weeks between. Your pod picks a time that works for everyone.
It's recorded, and everyone gets the recording the same day. Watch it and use the goal worksheet to set your goals by Fri, Jan 8.

All sessions are virtual. Only the celebration on Mon, Apr 5 is in person, in Central PA.
Any goal you want to reach in the first 12 weeks of 2027. You'll set one SMART goal and one growth goal.
It runs with at least 4 people. If fewer than 4 register by Wed, Dec 30, everyone gets a full refund.

Credits can be used toward any CFGP offering within 12 months. They can't be cashed out.

Yes. We'll invoice your employer directly. If an employer-paid spot is refunded as a credit, the credit goes to the employer.
